Shopping with She’s Glown Up

These terms describe shopping and custom project requests with She’s Glown Up Studio. You can contact us at info.shesglownup@gmail.com with questions before placing an order.

Product details & pricing

Review each listing, including dimensions, materials, personalization options, price and care information. Handmade materials can have natural variations; screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. Listed prices are in USD. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout or in your custom quote.

Custom inquiries & quotes

Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an order, price, production slot or delivery date. We review your request and confirm the project scope and quote. Full payment is required before custom design or production begins.

Artwork & approval

Custom orders include two artwork revisions. Revisions 3 and 4 are $10 each; revisions 5 and 6 are $20 each, with a maximum of six revisions. Check spelling, names, dates, colors and dimensions before final approval. Production starts after final artwork approval. Additional changes after approval may require a new quote.

Customer-supplied artwork

Provide artwork, logos and other content that you own or have permission to use. We review the files for suitability and may decline a project we cannot fulfill.

Production & delivery

Normal custom production takes 10–14 business days after payment and final artwork approval. Shipping time is additional. Complex or bulk projects receive their own timeline. Rush work must be confirmed before ordering. We operate an online studio and do not offer customer pickup at our place of business.

Returns & cancellations

Our Return and refund policy explains the 14-day return window for eligible standard items, custom-order cancellations, final-sale items and damaged or incorrect orders. Our Shipping policy provides additional delivery information.

Customer information & privacy

Provide accurate contact, personalization and delivery details, and contact us promptly about corrections. Our Privacy policy describes how personal information is handled.
