Production & shipping time

Custom and personalized orders normally require 10–14 business days of production after payment and final artwork approval. Transit time is additional. Complex and bulk orders receive a project-specific timeline. Follow the individual listing for ready-to-ship items.

Rates & delivery

Shipping costs are shown at checkout or included in your custom quote. We ship within the United States. Carrier delivery estimates vary by destination and service and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll provide tracking details. Check your address carefully before placing your order and contact us promptly if it needs to change.

Pickup

We operate an online studio. Customers do not visit our place of business to collect orders.

Rush requests

Contact us before ordering to confirm availability, pricing and timing. A requested deadline is not confirmed until we agree to it.

Damaged, missing or delayed packages

Email info.shesglownup@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage, keep the packaging and include photos of the item and package. We’ll help review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
