Wood gifts & décor

Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking, dishwashers, harsh cleaners, excessive heat and prolonged moisture. Decorative items are not intended for food use unless specifically identified as food-safe.

Acrylic pieces

Use a soft cloth and mild soapy water, then dry gently. Avoid abrasive cleaners and alcohol-based products that can affect the finish.

Printed & engraved products

Avoid scraping, abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. Follow the individual listing for washing and heat restrictions.

Drinkware

Follow the care instructions supplied for the specific cup and decoration. Do not assume a customized item is dishwasher- or microwave-safe.

3D-created products

Keep away from high heat and direct heat sources. Decorative products should not be used for food contact unless explicitly specified.

NFC & QR items

Keep the linked destination active and test it periodically. NFC compatibility depends on the customer’s device; QR codes can be scanned with a compatible camera.
